BBQ Injection

2/3 cup Apple Juice

½ cup Apple cider Vinigar

3 tsp Original BBQ Rub

4 tsp Sugar

1 cup Water

2 Tbs Butter


Combine ingredients and bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes.  Allow to cool completely before injecting.  Good for injecting pork roasts, chicken, brisket, etc.
